Return Policy
At KidoBuy, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please read our return policy below to understand the process.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. Items that do not meet these criteria may not be eligible for a refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as pacifiers, teething toys, and other hygiene-sensitive products are non-returnable for safety and health reasons.
2. Return Process
Step 1: Contact Us
Please email our Customer Service team at contact@kidobuy.com with your order number, details of the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Return Authorization
Once we receive your return request, our team will review it and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) along with return instructions.
Step 3: Ship the Item
Pack the items securely and use the provided return instructions to send them back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Step 4: Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
3. Refunds and Processing Time
- Refund Amount: If the item is in its original condition, we will issue a full refund (excluding any original shipping costs).
- Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days after receiving your returned item.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a defective or incorrect item.
4. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@kidobuy.com with photos of the defect. We will work to resolve the issue promptly, including sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
